Before considered for admission, each applicant is required to submit the following documents:

a. Fill up the application form and affix stamp size photos at the light side of the application forms.

b. A statement of Christian experience

c. Duly attested copies of all certificates and mark statements

d. Medical fitness certificate (for M.Th only)

e. Financial undertaking (for M.Th only)

f. Confidential letters of recommendations from any two of the following (from all degrees)

(i) Your Pastor

(ii) Senior leader in the Church

(iii) Head of the organization you belong to

(iv) Head of the institution last attended.

The filled up application forms must be sent to the principal with attested Xerox copies of the certificates, testimony, recommendation letter of the local church pastor or leader of the organization and Reg fee. Applications will summarily be rejected if there is any discrepancy in the particulars presented. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

M.Th, M.Div, B.Th candidates are expected to pass the following three papers in the entrance examination (paying Rs 600):

a. Bible knowledge

b. General knowledge

c. English

No candidate will be allowed more than two attempts in the entrance examination.
